Dr. Justin Busick

Veterinarian

Dr. Justin Busick grew up on a farm in southern Indiana where he often found himself in the company of cattle, horses and a few sheep working with his uncles on their cattle and grain operations as well as his own beef cattle herd.  He raised sheep and pigs in the local 4H, competed in FFA and developed an interest in livestock production medicine and nutrition.  This experience led him to pursue a veterinary degree so he could help other farmers develop programs to help improve herd production.

Dr. Busick has always had a desire to own his own veterinary hospital where he could lead others in helping the community by improving the lives of the animals we are given the opportunity to care for.

Justin’s mission is to maintain and enhance the veterinary services offered to cats and dogs in Marion County, while also broadening the scope of the business to include on-farm services for livestock animals. If you’re visiting our office, feel free to schedule an appointment with Dr. J. Busick!

Dr. Veronica Busick
Veterinarian

Dr. Busick spent the first part of her childhood in Florida, where she could often be found feeding and caring for the wildlife that wandered into her backyard.  Tortoises, iguanas and anoles all found a tasty snack and a safe place to rest until they wandered off.  That desire to care for animals led her to pursue a degree in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Busick graduated from Purdue University with a degree in veterinary medicine in 2008 then went on to receive her credentials as a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist in 2009.  After graduation, Dr. Busick took a job at a fast paced 24 hour animal hospital in Iowa where she gained much experience in wellness care as well as working with emergencies and everything in between.  She has continued to hone her skills so she can help the clients she sees at Town and Country Hospital by helping their pets live long and healthy lives.

When Dr. Busick isn’t working you can find her in her garden or chasing around the chickens, goats, sheep or cattle at her hobby farm.Veronica brings with her many years of expertise in primary care, urgent/emergent care and physical therapy for dogs and cats. Her commitment lies in upholding the exceptional level of attention for the animals in her care. If you’re visiting our office, feel free to schedule an appointment with Dr. V. Busick!

Dr. Braxten McAdams

Veterinarian

Dr. Braxten McAdams is originally from Frankton, Indiana. Animals were always fascinating to him growing up and his desire to care for them grew as he acquired experience working with, and befriending, every species he could. After school hours were spent volunteering at local dog shelters, caring for his goats and dogs at home, and even working at a baboon sanctuary. He knew veterinary medicine was his calling from an early age.

He pursued an expedited veterinary track and completed his prerequisite courses at Purdue University in just two years. Dr. McAdams then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and then his clinical year at the University of Florida.

He worked in Florida for over a year, but began to miss the people and lifestyle his home state of Indiana provided. After experiencing the clients, patients, staff, and atmosphere our clinic had to offer, he decided to stay in Indiana and become a member of our veterinary team. If you’re visiting our office, feel free to schedule an appointment with Dr. McAdams!
Dr. Kiara Nobbe

Veterinarian

Dr. Nobbe was born and raised in Southeast Indiana where she spent her childhood with horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, and chickens. She enjoyed showing horses in 4-H, competing in FFA contests, and participating in multiple clubs.

Dr. Nobbe found her passion for veterinary medicine by researching equine lameness and diseases as she encountered them while training her horse. She worked with veterinarians, farriers, and chiropractors to find a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Throughout high school and her undergraduate studies, she worked at a local small animal clinic that still had one small dairy client. Her favorite part of the job was assisting at the monthly herd check for the dairy which sparked her interest in ruminant medicine and reproduction.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Tennessee at Martin and continued her veterinary studies at Purdue University, earning her degree in veterinary medicine in 2025.

She is excited to provide a high standard of care for her patients to improve their life quality and longevity! When she is not tending to furry creatures, she spends time reading novels, trail riding, gardening, and hiking with her dog.
